Attorneys need information that is accurate, timely, organized, and useful. We work with legal teams on criminal, civil, family-law, employment, personal-injury, and other contested matters. Assignments include witness interviews, statements, surveillance, background research, locates, social-media research, mitigation inquiries, service of process, and trial preparation.
Our reports clearly separate verified facts, investigative observations, documentary evidence, and information provided by sources. We maintain communication throughout the assignment and adapt the investigative plan when new information changes the direction of the case.
The Investigative Group is led by Erik Farahmand, a licensed private investigator and qualified manager. Erik retired after more than two decades in law enforcement, where he served as a police officer, investigator, detective, and supervisor. Following his law enforcement career, he also served as a county-level Program Manager overseeing the enforcement and customer service divisions in an office of over 300 staff.
This combination of investigative, supervisory, and executive leadership experience provides a strong foundation for handling sensitive cases, evaluating conflicting evidence, interviewing witnesses, managing complex assignments, and producing professional findings.
